This page is about all the common questions we get from our clients, you will find this shall answer most common questions that you may have.

How do I check disk-space?

  • To check disk-space please log into the control panel  Click on check disk-space.
Your disk-space usage shall now be shown.

How do I check my bandwidth?

To check your bandwidth for your domain log into the control panel and click on the site statistics button. You will now be prompted for your server ID, this is simply your username or as much as will fit in the box.


Once logged on, click on date selection and change to the display to month then click update report

After you have changed the date selection all statistical data shall be viewed in a monthly report. If you need to change this back off a monthly please update the date selection.

  Next click the usage by and then kilobytes to display your monthly bandwidth for your domain. You're monthly bandwidth will now be displayed, scroll down to the summary below the graphs and your bandwidth shall be shown

In this example the monthly usage is 333mb and hence this domain would not incur an extra monthly fee.

How do I get custom components installed?

If you wish to have a custom component(s) installed for your domain  please upload this to the root of your home directory as well as any instructions on how to install. Please then email your support representitive and state the full path to the component. Eg. \home\domain\component.tar.gz  You must include in this email general details to including what the component does, how much CPU and Memory usage this component  will use. If it is deemed unacceptable we shall let you know about this.  We do not allow executables to be run on our servers as these pose a security risk, eg it may be a virus for all we know. The only files that shall be executed are perl and cgi files.
